Printing Factory Emission Challenge
A large packaging printing facility in Guangdong Province needed to treat exhaust gas containing VOCs from solvent-based inks and particulate matter from paper dust.
The Challenge
The printing facility operates multiple gravure and flexo printing lines, generating exhaust gas with solvent VOCs (ethyl acetate, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol) and paper dust particles. The combined gas volume reaches 50,000 m³/h, requiring a multi-pollutant treatment approach.

Multi-Stage Treatment Process

Activated carbon adsorption beds provide final polishing. Clean gas is discharged via exhaust stack in compliance.
