Typical Wastewater Treatment Process
Most industrial wastewater goes through four stages. We design each stage based on your water quality and discharge requirements.

Pre-Treatment
Screens and grit chambers remove large solids, sand, and debris. Protects downstream equipment from clogging and wear.

Primary Treatment
DAF systems and sedimentation tanks remove suspended solids, oils, and grease. Reduces COD/BOD load before biological treatment.

Secondary Treatment
Biological processes (A/O, MBR, or contact oxidation) break down dissolved organic matter. The core stage for COD and ammonia removal.
